Room booking
If you are interested in using the room, please contact Mrs Melanie Baumgarten in good time to book / make an appointment. (see above)
Room capacity
- 16 people at the existing tables.
- Additional chairs are available in the room, so that a larger number of people can be seated in the room with restrictions or alterations to the seating.
Important Information
- Please have a look at our user guide or the instructions for the video conferencing system.
- If you have any questions or would like a short briefing, Mr Marcel Enke will be glad to help you in this regard. Please remember to make an appointment in good time. A guiding in should take place at least one day before, as long as the room there is free.
- The organisers themselves are responsible for the catering at corresponding events.
- Please leave the room clean and tidy.
- Please report any damage to the furniture or technology to Mr Marcel Enke.
