     --Please note: Regulations for Exam Registration in summersemester 2024--

• Registration period for all exams (written and oral) in summersemester 2024 starts on May, 15th and ends on May, 31st.
• After the deadline has expired exam registration is excluded.
• Withdrawal without reasons from written exams can be made up to 3 days before the exam date.
• If a concrete oral exam date has been arranged with the examiner withdrawal without reason can be made up to 3 days before the exam date. In this case examiners must be informed as well.
• Oral exam registrations for which no concrete appointment has been made with the examiner do not have to be cancelled. In this case withdrawal will be done automatically. Examiners must not be informed.
• Unexcused absence from registered examinations will be graded 'failed (5,0)' due to non-attendance.
• In case of illness, withdrawal can be requested by presenting a medical certificate.

Registration for those exams (written or oral) that cannot be registered online can be made by submission of the filled Exam Registration Form to the Examination Office.

If there is no option for online withdrawal it can be made by submission of the filled Exam Deregistration Form to the Examination Office.

Filled forms can either be sent by Email to or can be posted in the mailbox in building 10|152.
